Our cancellation policy is as follow: Daily reservations require 24 hour cancellation notice Holiday periods or weekly reservations require 7 days cancellation notice Non-holiday periods, weekly reservations require 14 days cancellation notice Our check in time is 2:00pm. Failure to notify us of your cancellation as stated above, will necessitate a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is one (1) night's condo charge or forfeiting the deposit for winter guests. Confirmation will be sent if time allows.
