Each of our regular one
bedroom, one bedroom deluxe, or a two bedroom condo has
a private entrance.
The living/family room
is carpeted, has a sofa bed, easy chairs, lamps, tables,
TV w/cable hook-ups and opens out to a private balcony
or patio. There is also a breakfast table and chairs,
and a bar area off of the Kitchen.
The kitchen is complete
with a four burner range and oven, a microwave, cabinets,
double sink and disposal. A full sized refrigerator/freezer
along with basic dishware, flatwear and cooking utensils
are included. A coffee maker and toaster completes all
your necessary items for food preparation.
The bedrooms come
with a queen size bed, or 2 full size beds, dressers,
and louvre doors to a spacious closet. You might be surprised
with the huge walk-in closet in the deluxe units. Linens
are provided. The two bedroom units have a private entrance
to the second bedroom and two separate bathrooms.
Bathrooms are full
sized and all of your linens are provided.
The view from the balcony
allows you to enjoy the courtyard, the pool area, and
views of the lake or the mountains. You can bask in the
great Havasu weather which is warm and sunny 360 days
of the year.
Some of our units are directly
at the poolside, with sliding doors that walk out to the
patio.
There are also private
garages and plenty of off street parking for your
automobiles, boats or recreational vehicles (RV's).
